Casino Worker Says No Plans To Add Craps Table

Despite Oklahoma becoming one of the more recent states with legal craps at tribal locations, residents will be disappointed they can’t play craps in Ardmore. When asked if there are any plans to add a craps table in the future, a worker at the Lakecrest Hotel and Casino exclusively told us that “there are no plans to add a craps table that I know of. We just opened recently so there’s a chance, but I haven’t heard of any plans to host craps.”

Other Table Games Expected To Draw Large Crowd

“We anticipate Lakecrest to employ more than 200 people and have an estimated five-year economic impact of $307.6 million,” said Chickasaw Nation Governor Bill Anoatubby on his Facebook account Wednesday. “In addition to the many jobs Lakecrest creates, we believe it will become a destination location that generates revenue, which will be used to fund and expand programs and services to help meet our mission, to enhance the overall quality of life of the Chickasaw people.”

Anoatubby anticipates roughly $61.5 million in annual revenue from the new casino and hotel in Ardmore. The hotel is located near the 12,500-acre Lake Murray State Park, making it a wonderful travel destination.
